Carnegie announces the acquisition of Covered Bridge Advisors, LLC
Over the past four years, Carnegie has been very busy. In addition to delivering thoughtful, risk-adjusted investment portfolios to our clients, we hired a market-leading custodian in Schwab, adopted new portfolio construction and management technology, greatly expanded our investment manager roster, launched a new client investor portal, integrated performance reporting platform and 3rd-party lending platform and refined our financial planning offering. In that time we also added Mary to our team and moved in to new fully renovated offices in Berwyn Pennsylvania. In response, clients continue to transfer investible assets in to Carnegie from elsewhere and refer us to family, friends and work colleagues that they believe will benefit from a relationship with Carnegie. We truly appreciate their confidence in us and we will work hard to continue serving all clients well.
To ensure we can meet our clients growing needs in to the future, Carnegie is pleased to announce that we have acquired Covered Bridge Advisors, LLC. This acquisition allows Carnegie to increase our Client Services and Financial Planning teams and open a second office. Our second office sits in the heart of Bucks County Pennsylvania in the city of Yardley. Caren Habermehl joins Carnegie from Covered Bridge to focus on Firm Operations and Client Service. Dorie McCarthy will work in office administration as our Offices Manager and Matthew Luciani joins us as a Financial Planning Analyst to support Amy and our financial planning efforts. Joining Caren, Dorie and Matthew in our new Yardley office is Investment Advisor George Luciani. George joins Carnegie after having spent the past 33 years as founder and President of Covered Bridge Advisors, LLC and its predecessor firms. George was introduced to Carnegie by Schwab and he was very impressed with our firm, our team and what we offer to our clients and he became convinced that Carnegie would provide a terrific long term home for the Covered Bridge team and clients.
It is critical that clients work with an investment firm that is innovating, growing and thriving - not shrinking and withering. With support from its clients, Carnegie is innovating, growing and thriving.
